Closet Space

My latest project has been transforming our hall closet into a new sewing/craft room. Since moving McKay into his new 'big boy' room, we've lost our office/sewing & craft space. So, I had to get creative and figure out where to disperse everything. Here's what I've done so far. Still in progress, I have a swarm of other ideas for my new cubbyhole. Eventually I'd like to put up some wallpaper, lighting, and wall bins to name a few. Until then, I'm enjoying my new little sewing home. :)

Nesting

Nesting. Nesting is probably one of the few (few-especially if you were to ask me lately) things I actually love about being pregnant. I feel like I get so much accomplished and organized leading up to the end. (wait, shouldn't I always? haha) At the same time, I sort of feel like a crazy person. Like I literally cannot go into labor without finishing that load of laundry first, or the house being clean, or having freshly washed hair, or getting my target return taken care of. Or finish sewing my new pillow. I admit, I do get a bit OCD about everything. But, I do love spending extra time on all of my little 'projects'. Lately, I have been completely obsessed with chevron stripes. And navy blue and white. Without any luck in search for navy chevron, I decided to make my own pattern with plain old stripes. I love the way it turned out. Ok, Ashton, the pillow is done and the laundry is washed so PLEASE COME OUT. NOW. :)
